B2B CONTENT & LEAD ENGINE

Turn in-house knowledge into content, and content into meetings.

Instead of running Insight, YouTube and social, and LinkedIn separately, we connect them to Webflow and HubSpot and build publishing, contact, meetings, and learning as one growth base.
Not more deliverables. What stays with you is the judgment, the customer data, and the ability to improve.

↺ LEARNING LOOP
WHY GROWTH STALLS
More activity, still no connected path.
When articles, video, social, sales, and CRM are run separately, the more you produce, the heavier the internal load and the more fragmented the data.
01
Knowledge scattered across departments
Split between sales, engineering, and management
02
A separate plan for every channel
Articles, video, and social produced independently
03
Contact never reaches the CRM
Nobody knows who responded to what
04
Results never feed the next round
Published and forgotten, never learned from
The problem is not the number of articles, videos, or sales campaigns. It is that knowledge, contact, and customer data are not moving in one loop.
THE ENGINE

Publishing, contact, meetings, and learning, in one loop.

Content is not published and left there. The response you get and the sales outcome feed back into the next theme and the next move.

WHERE TO START

You do not have to start everything at once.

We find the current bottleneck and start small, where the improvement will count most.
No clear line on what to publish
In-house knowledge is unsorted, so the articles read as generic.
Recommended
Insight & Blog
Video and social do not last
Every piece is planned and produced from scratch.

YouTube & Social
Nothing turns into a meeting
You publish, but no contact forms with the companies you want.
Recommended
LinkedIn & Lead
If you already run several of these
→ As the Content & Lead Engine, we integrate the paths, the data, and the KPIs.

Four activities, one growth path.

Running articles, video, and LinkedIn separately connects neither the customer experience nor your own data. We design knowledge, understanding, contact, and CRM as one flow, so each activity makes the next one stronger.
CONTENT TO OPPORTUNITY

A customer does not go from one post straight to a meeting.

Discovery, understanding, trust, contact, conversation, and enquiry — each stage is designed across several pieces of content and sales activity.
01
DISCOVER
Found through search and social
02
UNDERSTAND

03

CONNECTED DATA & PLATFORMS

Before adding tools, settle the roles and the flow of data.

We set out what each channel is for, and which data stays inside the company.

HubSpot

CONTENT DATA

ENGAGEMENT DATA

RELATIONSHIP DATA

OPPORTUNITY DATA

How much can be integrated automatically depends on the LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and HubSpot plans you use and on the integration method. We do not assume full automation, and combine manual records, Make, and API integration as needed.
ADOPTION PATTERNS

Choose where to start from the problem you have now.

Rather than adopting everything at once, you pick one of the common entry routes.
PATTERN 01
Start with Insight
Settle the themes, the articles, and Webflow, and build the base the other channels sit on.
PATTERN 02
Start with YouTube
Build the base for publishing your expertise as a regular programme and as video.
PATTERN 03
Start with LinkedIn
Fix the target accounts and the sales contact first, then work back to the content you need.
PATTERN 04
Start with integration
Take stock of existing articles, video, and CRM, and redesign the customer path and the KPIs.
OPERATING MODEL

Do not put planning, production, sales, and analysis on one person.

Planning, production, sales, and data management stay separate roles, while sharing the same themes and the same customer records.

LEARNING
You learn which problems, arguments, formats, and points of contact led to an enquiry or a meeting.

With the whole picture clear, next comes the order of adoption.

You do not have to put all of it in place at once. We look at your existing knowledge assets, production setup, and sales base, and start small where the effect is greatest.

FAQ

Questions we are asked before starting

On the order of adoption, reusing what you already have, the internal time required, and tool requirements.

Q1. Do we have to adopt all four areas at once?

No. You can start with one area and widen from there. Settling the shared argument and vocabulary first does pay off: add an area later and the content still holds together, with no need to redo it.

Q2. Should we start with Insight, YouTube, or LinkedIn?

We recommend starting with articles. Writing them doubles as the work of fixing the argument and the vocabulary, and that material then carries into video and social. Start with video instead and you write every script from scratch.

Q3. What is the order of repurposing?

A blog article comes first, then a YouTube video from it. Short clips are cut from that video and reused as Instagram carousels and TikTok. LinkedIn is designed on its own track, because it reaches decision-makers.

Q4. Can we reuse our existing articles, videos, and social accounts?

Yes. We start by taking stock and sorting what is usable, what needs work, and what has to be new. Existing accounts already carry subscribers and standing, so keeping them beats starting fresh.

Q5. Does this work with a CMS other than Webflow?

Yes. For WordPress and other systems we prepare and deliver the content ready to be entered. There is no need to rebuild your current site.

Q6. Is a paid HubSpot plan required?

Yes. The free tier cannot hold the field design and workflows needed to record points of contact. Which plan fits depends on your current lead volume and sales setup, and we advise on that once we have seen them.

Q7. Can LinkedIn and HubSpot be integrated automatically?

Yes. Contact history, document downloads, and enquiries collect in the CRM, so you can trace which content led to a meeting. Before the integration, though, you need to decide what gets recorded.

Q8. How much work does this take on your side?

Around five to ten hours a week: reviewing plans, checking copy and video, filming, and handling meetings. That is the figure for running three areas at once; starting with one takes considerably less.

Q9. Can you handle production and operations for us entirely?

We do at the start. It is not permanent outsourcing, though; it is designed to move in-house in stages. The minimum term is three to six months, and the decision criteria and procedures are handed over as documents.

Q10. Can the existing 5-minute check tell us which area to prioritise?

Yes. From the results we recommend which area to take on first. The check is free, and we are set up to begin within a month of your enquiry.
