Q1. Which package should we start with?

If you are unsure, we recommend starting with Package 1-1: AI in-house readiness and P&L review. Once we have looked at current outsourcing spend, AI headroom, web, CRM and content operations, and governance risk, we set out which package should come next. If you already have a strategy or a web base, you can start at Package 2, 3, 4, or 5. In the first conversation we will propose the entry point that wastes none of your time.

Q6. Are AI-generated articles and social posts published as they are?

No. Publishing AI-generated content automatically is not the assumption. Articles, social posts, email copy, images, and reports go through a flow where a person reviews and approves them before publication. AI is used for drafting, analysis, structuring, and improvement ideas; the final call stays with a person.

Q2. Does it work for marketing in the Japanese market as well as global?

Yes. The main focus is global B2B marketing, but the structure of website, CRM, content operations, AI automation, and analytics applies to domestic B2B marketing too. We start from the global work, where outsourcing dependency tends to build up, and support integration with your domestic marketing base as needed.

Q7. Do you cover data analysis in GA4 and HubSpot?

Yes. This service is not about building and finishing; it is about analyzing and improving. We review GA4, Search Console, HubSpot, social, and email data, and make visible which articles, which social posts, and which white papers lead to inquiries and meetings. In Package 5, Ongoing improvement, the monthly Analytics Report and Growth Review set out which content, paths, emails, and sales actions to improve next.

Q3. Can we proceed with no marketing person in-house?

Yes. Starting with nobody dedicated in-house is a case we plan for. In Package 3, Build, we put Webflow, HubSpot, content operations, social, prompts, and operating manuals in place so your own team can update and review. Where useful, we also develop your people and provide monthly support as an external CMO or CAIO.

Q8. Why is the price range so wide?

Because the volume of work changes a great deal with company size, target markets, the state of the existing site and CRM, how much content is needed, the scope of automation, and governance requirements. Start with a free consultation or Package 1-1, see where you stand, and once the necessary scope is clear we give you an accurate quote. We do not widen the scope beyond what is needed.

Q4. What kind of work can be brought in-house?

Mainly English content production, competitor research, SEO articles, LinkedIn posts, white papers, email copy, monthly reporting, and first response to leads. The goal is not to take on everything internally. We separate the work better left outside from the work whose knowledge should stay with you, and use AI, CRM, and BI so a small team can keep it running.

Q9. Can we combine several packages?

Yes. In most cases the work moves through the stages below. Package 1: Audit → Package 2: Strategy design → Package 3: Build → Package 4: Automate → Package 5: Ongoing improvement There is no need to do all of it at once. You can take only the packages that fit your situation.

Q5. Which tools do you use?

Mainly Webflow, HubSpot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, n8n, Google Apps Script, GA4, Search Console, and Looker Studio. That said, we do not start from the tools. We select only what is needed, based on your existing environment, budget, internal setup, and security requirements. If you already use WordPress, Salesforce, Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365, that works too.

Q10. Can we keep using what was built after the engagement ends?

Yes. Webflow, HubSpot, content, prompts, workflows, manuals, and report designs are handed over as your assets as a rule. Our purpose is not to create dependency. Everything is designed so you can run and improve it in-house after the engagement ends. Only if you want it does monthly support continue under Package 5.
